WhenretiredEastEndvillainCharlieArcherismurderedbyaferalstreetgang,hisbrotherRitchiereturnstoLondonfromSpaintoinvestigate.Withthepoliceinvestigationdrawingblankafterblank,RitchiedecidestotakethelawintohisownhandsandbringhisoldschooljusticebacktothestreetsofEastLondon.Roundinguphisoldfirm,heleadsavigilantecrusadeagainsttheviciousyoungcriminals,usingeverygrizzlymethodathisdisposaltofindandpunishhisbrotherskillers.They’reoutgunnedandoutnumbered,butthisfirmhasneverbeenoutclassedyet特效很好，画面不再黑不溜球，人类也没有那多戏份，看得就是两个怪兽的打斗。影戏不乏亮点：地底世界的描述很有意义，片尾香港霓虹灯年夜厦＋巨兽打斗有那种纷歧样的觉得。
